This hotel was situated near the city center and the staff was very helpful, especially the receptionist who greeted me at arrival. I enjoyed my stay here because the facilities were nice and clean. The bed was also comfortable, easy for me to relax after a long day of exploring.
Couldn't stay longer.

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were spacious enough. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but it makes up for it by being close to the main highway and natural sights, which was great for our city trip. We also appreciated the free parking provided by the hotel.
The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly and the room was quite stuffy. The view from our room was also disappointing as it faced an unfinished construction site.

Very good as a cheap overnight stop-off. Hotel is a typical characterless modern hotel but its rooms are good and clean, the a/c is good and the breakfast is good. Also, well located just off the motorway on the rim of a Terni which, let's face it, is not worth visiting. Generally offers much more for much less money than most "tourist" hotels located in the many more beautiful Umbrian towns easily reachable within a short time. Good for Parking which is just outside hotel entrance.
Characterless and uninteresting but does that matter? Depends what you want.

The restaurant near the hotel was decent, but the location was unattractive due to the abandoned building site nearby. the view from our room was of weeds and a tower with scaffolding. Despite the ugly surroundings, the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a big shower. the breakfast was quite good and internet was reasonably priced.
The staff was not very helpful and mismanaged our room keys, causing us inconvenience upon check-in.
